Cumin

Woodsy yet herby....those are words right 😂

17.png

Surprisingly, Cumin essential oil is phototoxic 😲 so avoid sunlight for 24-72 hours when using it topically or only apply to areas of the body that won't have sun 🌞 exposure.

The oil smells 👃like a much stronger version of the herb with a middle note for blending. Its price point varies among suppliers and it's not a common oil to carry.

Some use this oil to help 🙌 with feelings of deceit. An empath 🥰 may try this oil when they feel undervalued. Or if indecision is an issue, this oil may guide you to clear 🤔thinking.

Now grab a pen and paper, place a drop of this oil onto the paper 📄. What are some of the things you notice about this oil❓ Does it flow, or require patience❓ Does the scent bring any memories to mind, take notes on what comes to mind❓ Does the aroma remind you of a warm, spicy masculine scent or do you perceive it differently❓

Coriander

Coriander

Get your laugh on 🤣

This oil can cause extreme happiness ☺️ It shares the same botanical name as Cilantro essential oil, but it comes from the seeds.

Coriander is an excellent oil for digestive 💩issues, can help wake you up 😴 and boost your confidence 💪!

It typically comes in a 10-15ml bottle and it's 💰 priced a tad more than the least expense oils. Its scent is similar to the herb or Cilantro 🌱 but powerful enough to take over a blend. This oil similar to citrus oils tends to evaporate quickly 😮, even from an unopened bottle. Keeping your oils in a dark, cool place can help keep them from evaporating.

Take some deep breaths of Coriander and journal 📖 how you feel. What's the first thing that comes to mind❓ Do you have memories that this oil brings forward for you❓ Do you feel happiness or another emotion❓ Share some of your thoughts on this oil....or is it in your wish list❓👇

Clove

Clove

With great power ⭐ comes great responsibility 🤔

Clove is a powerhouse💪 oil. It possesses some of the strongest anti-viral 🤮 and anti-bacterial features. In Ayurveda and some holistic dental 🦷 practices it is sometimes used in oil pulling (please make sure you spit the oil in the garbage, do not swallow). But this oil is also very.....very....very sensitizing. It should be used cautiously, and short term. So please while using this oil, be responsible 😉.

The scent is similar to a grounding wood like smell, it's not like the clove used in cooking at all.

Cinnamon Leaf

Cinnamon Leaf

Cinnamon Leaf 💧 essential oil may be used topically with the proper considerations 😉.

Proper considerations would look at the phenol level of the batch to determine what level of dilution is safest, if cinnamon leaf is even the appropriate oil of choice, if the oil is appropriate for the age, health and area to be used. And what carrier or blend is used to dilute the cinnamon leaf is just as important.

We teach all those things in our online accredited certification course 😁.

Cinnamon Bark

Cinnamon Bark

The oil with bark 😉 and maybe a little bite if it's used the wrong way 😯

One of the top "hot" 🔥 oils, packs a powerful energy 💪 and should be used respectfully ❤

Cinnamon bark is more expensive than Cinnamon leaf and Cassia. It is highly effective at combating bacteria and viral issues, but its phenol power also makes it one of the most likely oils to induce a sensitization reaction.

In our course the certified aromatherapist is trained in how to reduce the risks of sensitization while still using oils that pack massive power. 😊

Cassia

Cassia

Sweet ❣ Cassia

This oil has the warm fresh scent of cinnamon, but its not cinnamon bark or cinnamon leaf 😮 (both different essential oils).

It's lovely, cost-effective 💰 and one of the safer options for topical use in the cinnamon family.

It's also one of the top oils used in adulterating products 😣. Some businesses will use Cassia in place of Cinnamon Bark 🤨 but charge the premium 💲💲 cost of Cinnamon Bark.

Learning to read 🤓 the botanical name and how to choose a reputable oil supplier 👌are things we teach in our course.

Minty 💚

It's always odd to the oily new that birch essential oil is minty 🤔 because the bark and our forests don't smell that way. We actually teach you why sometimes the plant and oil smell different 😉⠀

Bergamot

How do we say....BERGAMOT⁉️ Honestly if you know let us know....for some the T is silent, others not. But does anyone actually know the real way to say it 🤔

Interesting history, one of the constituents found in bergamot was used in a specific popular perfume and left phototoxic burns on the user 😨

Basil

If you're able, get some basil 🌱 🤓 practicing my rhyming skills, can you think of a rhyme for basil⁉️ 🤣

Basil essential oil is so fresh, it's a must have ‼ But its scent can quickly take over any blend, so less is more 😉

It usually comes in a 10-15 ml bottle, is average 💵 priced for an essential oil on the middle to low end for cost. I would expect to spend at least $20-40 from a reputable company 💕 Not sure what's reputable, just ask us 👇

Basil essential oil is different than holy basil the herb, so adrenal issues aren't appropriately addressed with the oil 😱 but it can help with exhaustion in general 🤗

FREEDOM for FRANKIE‼️ This oil right here can bring freedom to your pain, your mind, your scars, etc....pretty cool if you ask us 👌

Frankincense is a more expensive oil because the trees used for some species can't be cultivated and only grows in a mountain area in Somalia and a few other countries.

If you can't mail something to the country your oil is made in for that cost, I hope you weren't expecting to pay that much for a bottle of the essential oil 🧐

Frankincense is commonly diffused or burned as incense in churches. It does help with spiritual connections, among other 😍 amazing things.

It also happens to be one of the top oils used in the perfumery 👃 industry.
