In this episode, Nikki interviews Saskia Schanz about Neuroaromatics.

Saskia Schanz is a teacher by training where she developed a learning concept for students, who she discovered, learnt best when they focussed on going inwards to find and express their authentic selves.

Then came Saskia’s 3 children where she took a break and began painting abstract oil paintings that were used for interior design purposes on an energetic/Feng Shui level.

In 2009, she decided to move to Canada where she started writing. It was then that she discovered essential oils and it was love at first sight.

During that time Saskia also began to train as a psycho-therapeutic aroma practitioner in Germany which is when all of the pieces began falling into place.

Saskia also loves spending time with her family, the ocean, dancing salsa and anything and everything colourful.

Saskia shares:

  • Her top essential oils

  • What is neuro aromatics

  • Neuroplasticity

    • Essential oils can work as neurotransmitters to build new pathways in the brain

    • Interaction of essential oils with our nervous system
